Shipping policy
Processing Time –
All orders are acknowledged and processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be acknowledged/processed the next business day. Lead times (which is the processing, manufacturing and transit time) are approximately 12 working days due to the nature of our products.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R 5000.00

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa.
Delays
Please keep in mind that the listed times are an estimation and, depending on product availability, it is possible that your product may arrive on a sooner date. Conversely, shipping delays may occur due to high order volume or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on any delays.
Damages
MoveGolf is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
We offer a free 30 day returns service. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You must organise and fìnance your own return to the address at the bottom of the page.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Launch monitors must be unopened and unused in original packaging to be eligible for a return, any launch monitor that has been turned on and or used will not be eligible for a return, this includes being inside the 30 day returns window.

Return Exemptions
Customized or special orders, all artificial grass .
Used or damaged products, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
Software Purchases – Any form of software purchase where the licence or activation key/code has been used or activated cannot be returned or refunded, this includes being within the 30 days from purchase period.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you believe your launch monitor to be damaged or defective, please be aware your launch monitor may be sent back to the manufacturer for testing and or repair if found to be defective or damaged. During this period MoveGolf are not able to offer any replacements or loans until your item is fixed or replaced by the manufacturer.

Shipping of your damaged/defective item will be free of charge, provided it is within the 30 day post purchase window.
